Orders within Zambia are shipped via our private courier or we use public transport and typically delivered within 0 - 3 days.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

Delivery times and costs for international orders vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders).

Deluxe Hairboss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Some products, such as certain beauty items, may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations due to regulations.

7. Failed Deliveries and Returns

If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Unclaimed packages returned to us will also be subject to additional shipping charges for redelivery.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos and a description of the damage.

For lost packages, contact us immediately so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

9. Local Pickup (if applicable)

We offer local pickup at our Woodlands store. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.
