Shipping Policy - The Basics 

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Orders within Zambia are shipped via our private courier or we use public transport and typically delivered within 0 - 3 days.

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package.

  • International Shipping:

    • Delivery times and costs for international orders vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

    • Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

       

    • Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

    • 4. Tracking Your Order

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

    • 5. Delivery Timeframes

    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs clearance (for international orders).

    • Deluxe Hairboss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

    • 6. Shipping Restrictions

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

    • Some products, such as certain beauty items, may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations due to regulations.

    • 7. Failed Deliveries and Returns

    • If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

    • Unclaimed packages returned to us will also be subject to additional shipping charges for redelivery.

    • 8. Damaged or Lost Packages

    • If your package is damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos and a description of the damage.

    • For lost packages, contact us immediately so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

    • 9. Local Pickup (if applicable)

    • We offer local pickup at our Woodlands store. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification.

    • 10. Changes to Shipping Policy

    • Deluxe Hairboss reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective as of the updated date listed above.
